Lawful basis and purpose for processing personal data:
The lawful basis for processing personal data is:

Data retention period
The controller shall retain personal data:
for the period necessary for the exercise of the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship (min. 10 years from the termination of the contractual relationship)
for the period necessary for the performance of legal obligations in relation to tax and accounting matters (min. 10 years from the date of acquisition of the personal data)
for as long as consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is not withdrawn
After the expiry of the retention period, the controller shall delete the personal data. Recipients of personal data (subcontractors of the controller). We do not provide personal data to third parties except:
